Regina Chilupula has been on the World Vision Zambia Board since 2015. She is a member of the Audit and Risk Committee. She has 39 years of accounting, internal and external auditing, and general managerial work experience. She is a retired Deputy Auditor General of the Republic of Zambia. She is currently self-employed. She also worked as director internal audit department at the Bank of Zambia. She has vast experience in auditing having been responsible for the audits of government ministries and departments; all agents receiving government interventions; quasi-government institutions and donor funded government projects.
Regina was appointed as a member of the National Constitutional Conference (NCC) reviewing the Constitution Review Commission (CRC) proposal with the view of reviewing and updating the Constitution of the Republic of Zambia where she represented the Office of the Auditor General. She holds an MBA from Heriot – Watt University and ACCA from Emile Wolf College. She is a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). She has three children and attends to Deeper Life Church.
